I am asked on a regular basis for help in learning about a relative’s service with the 124th Cavarly and their service in the China Burma India theater of operations. I have a short list of resources I typically email out to those that ask, to give them a starting point in their research. I always recommend finding a copy of Marsmen in Burma as this book is the best resource to learn about what they went through. If you don’t have a copy or don’t want to risk damaging the first edition copy you managed to find, you can always purchase one from our print on demand publisher.
